LOW3:LIVING ZERO! - SECOND MOOC EDITION STARTED

The second edition of our MOOC Course LOW3: Zero Living has started this week.

We adapted our online course to the needs of UPC students for getting tutored and having personal contact for sharing knowledge, experiencing the Living Lab and meeting each other at the ETSAV Campus.

Therefor we have scheduled 4 in-person meetings at the Living Lab within the next 3 months, with additional activities still to be programed. These additional meetings will serve to create synergies with our new European project on lifestyle change, the Sustainable Lifestyle Accelerator (www.suslife.info). 

ETSAV students will be “energy ambassadors” to the participating families, analysing their homes regarding possible energy efficiency improvements, and the solar potential of roofs and façades for solar PV or solar thermal energy production.

Through this project-based learning process students will experience first-hand the current state of the art of the local building stock and design together with the families transition pathways towards more energy efficient homes and a more sustainable energy supply, embedded in a holistic analisis of our current lifestyles.
