First class of LOW3 2023 Q2: Introduction into our MOOC learning platform, understanding the participatory Living Lab dynamics and exploring LOW3, getting known to our Green Building Council Spain (GBCe) – University collaboration about decarbonization and getting introduced to the WISER research project, which will be the main focus of this semester.
Many things to tackle, but diversity and a holistic approach to sustainability is part of the game at the LOW3 Living Lab, so let’s start!
A new edition of our LOW3: LIVING ZERO! Course will start on 15th of February!
The organization of the course combines online learning through the 6 Learning modules of our MOOC with work on the specific GREEN CAMPUS Project: WiSER (Waste-based Intelligent Solar-control-devices for Envelope Refurbishment). This project requires self-organization and additional work hours, organized around the development and construction of 1:1 prototypes. Hands-on project work will be intensified in the second part of the course, once finished the online Learning Modules. All this will happen at the LOW3 Living Lab as a place for creative and collaborative learning, with the CRITT model workshop and our campus as supporting infrastructure for 1:1 prototyping.
